Union Group AD owns 96.88% of the capital of Dunav Tours AD. For its part, Dunav Tours AD is the sole owner of the capital of companies through which Dunav Tours Group owns and operates a fleet of 4 luxury passenger river cruise ships operating in Europe along the Danube, Rhein and Mosel rivers and their connecting waterways. In 2017 a contract was signed for the construction of a new luxury passenger ship with a leading shipyard from the Netherlands. The ship will be put into operation at the beginning of season 2019 and will be chartered by the long-time partner of Dunav Tours Group - Phoenix Reisen GmbH,Germany.
The combination of classic tourism in more than ten countries across Europe and the opportunity for a complete recreation on the passenger ships offering all the tourist amenities is an attraction for tourists from all over the world. Customers of Dunav Tours and its subsidiaries-shipowners are passengers from Western Europe, USA, Canada, Russia, Bulgaria and others.
